NPD weekly PC game sales chart
The Frozen Throne, Blizzard's expansion for Warcraft III, debuts at the top of NPD's PC chart.
Blizzard's expansion pack for the best-selling Warcraft III: The Reign of Chaos not surprisingly jumped to the top of NPD's top-10 sales chart in its first week on store shelves. The other new game on this week's chart is Eidos' Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, the latest installment of Lara Croft's adventures, which debuted in 10th position. Most of the other top-10 games simply shifted down one place to make room for The Frozen Throne, and the other real-time strategy game on the chart, Microsoft's Rise of Nations, dropped from fourth to seventh.
