Oblivion Remastered Launched With A New Dynamic Xbox Background, Here's How To Get It

With all the excitement surrounding the surprise release of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, it's easy to miss out on some of the details--like the new Oblivion-themed dynamic Xbox background that was released alongside the game.

Xbox's senior social media manager shared a photo of his TV screen--complete with the fiery new dynamic background--on X (formerly Twitter) after the game's unexpected launch.

The dynamic background features the game's striking key art with animated flames surrounding the Oblivion Gate in the background and subtle embers floating around the armored player-character in the foreground.

If you're looking to deck out your Xbox Series X|S with the flames of Oblivion, follow these steps to access the new dynamic background:

• Navigate to the settings menu
• Select "Personalization"
• Scroll down to "My background"
• Select "Dynamic backgrounds"
• Select "Featured"
• Select "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered"
