Prime Optimus vs SKT S

With three Korean heavyweights in their group, it isn’t a suprise that the ametur Prime Optimus haven’t won a single game. It isn’t looking like they will be able to win their last game in Champions before heading to NLB either. SKTS S have shown signs of excellence in recent months and won’t struggle versus Prime Optimus. When you’re lead by the mastermind behind the best team in the world, kk0ma, your team is bound to have success. As the first team to take down SKT K in 6 months with a 2-0 record versus the KT Arrows to boot, it’s looking like SKT S could gear up for a strong playoff run.

Although performing well, MaRin hasn’t lived up to the hype of being “the faker of toplane.” Rather, MaRin has displayed gradual improvement through Champions and Masters since last season. It seems that failing to advance to playoffs, after losing a single game tiebreaker versus CJ Blaze, has reinstilled a path of excellence for SKT S. As their sister team falls to NLB, it will be up to S to uphold the prestigious SKT name in Korea.

Midas FIO vs Samsung Ozone

In an even more lopsided group, Ozone are the only team to not drop a game in this season of Champions. Though, that isn’t saying much when their only true competition is CJ Frost. Ozone is enjoying their spot at the top in Champions and 2nd in Masters.

Midas FIO was unknown entering this season of Champions, but with League veteran 'woong' as coach, there was some Optimus for this ametur team. However, the raw talent on CJ Frost and the experience of Incredible Miracle proved to be too strong. Ozone simply outclasses Midas FIO, and will give them two more losses before they head to NLB.
