At every TGS roughly half the games you see are destined never to come out in America. I'm going to go out on a limb and guesstimate that Parse Rorunpe will be one of those games, although perhaps the worldwide infatuation with Harry Potter will encourage some bold arcade owner to import it.

And here's a link to a bigger version of the same pic. I hung around for a bit and watched people play the game, and as far as I could tell it's a multiplayer arcade game that put you in the seat of a witch's broomstick. You can move your stick around by holding on to the front side of it to steer, and there's a bunch of buttons up there as well to let you fire on your foes. The action isn't exactly compelling, as it moves somewhat slowly, but hey - it's witchcraft.
Looks like Parse Rorunpe was made in Taiwan and will eventually come to Japan, but hey - maybe someone will eventually bewitch this into an arcade near you.
