Plot changes for Munch's Oddysee

Microsoft announced today that Munch's Oddysee for the Xbox will undergo some plot changes before it's released on November 8 in the US. Abe's mother will no longer be in the game. Instead, the focus will be on Munch obtaining a can of gabbier that includes the last fertile eggs of his alien race. The gameplay in Munch's Oddysee centers on using Munch and his sidekick, Abe, cooperatively to complete the game's puzzles. In addition, any allies that Munch and Abe come into contract with will help them complete certain puzzles the pair was previously incapable of finishing. We'll have more on the game from Tokyo Game Show Fall, which begins on October 12.
