Pre-TGS: Sega Confirms Half-Life
TOKYO - Sega has confirmed that Half-Life will be headed to the Dreamcast next year and will work with its online network.
TOKYO - At a special press conference held by Sega of America at the Sega of Japan offices earlier today, officials confirmed that Half-Life will be coming to the Dreamcast next year. While GameSpot News had previously spoken of a Dreamcast version in the works, this was the first official confirmation of the Dreamcast version's existence.
According to Sega, Sierra Studios Half-Life will be released in the second half of 2000 and will make use of the Dreamcast network for online gaming.
