PS and DC Vanishing Point Update

Acclaim stopped by the videogames.com offices today and showed off its latest racing game, Vanishing Point, for the Dreamcast and the PlayStation. The PlayStation version of the game was at an alpha stage, and the Dreamcast version was still too early in its development to be shown. Even in its early state, though, the game is looking quite good. It sports a nice engine, as demonstrated in these accompanying screens. Check through these screens, which we nabbed this afternoon, and look for a full preview tomorrow.

Vanishing Point releases on the PlayStation in May and on the Dreamcast this fall.
