PS2 and GameCube Shooter Star Wars: Bounty Hunter Rated for PS3
Is Sony gearing up to re-release the 2002 Star Wars game on PlayStation 3?

2002 PlayStation 2 and GameCube third-person shooter Star Wars: Bounty Hunter could be coming to the PlayStation 3, if a new ratings post is anything to go on. This week, the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) rated Star Wars: Bounty Hunter for PS3, giving it the same T-for-Teen rating as the original game.
Star Wars: Bounty Hunter puts you into the boots of bounty hunter Jango Fett, the father of Boba Fett. You travel across the Star Wars universe completing contracts that involve killing all manner of creatures.
The ESRB's new Star Wars: Bounty Hunter rating for PS3 unfortunately provides no details about any possible changes made to the game for its potential PS3 release. This is not uncommon for ESRB ratings pertaining to new versions of previously released games.
Star Wars: Bounty Hunter was developed by LucasArts' now-defunct video game development arm. For now, you can check out GameSpot's review of Star Wars: Bounty Hunter from back in 2002.
