PS4 2017 Teaser Video Includes Detroit: Become Human

What PlayStation games are you looking forward to this year?

To celebrate the New Year, Sony today released a new sizzle reel that shows off some of the "unmissable" games coming to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR in 2017.

There's games like Gran Turismo Sport, Hellblade, Drawn to Death, Nier: Automata, and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. We also see Detroit: Become Human in the video, which seems to confirm it's coming out this year. Check out the video below.

In addition to this video, Sony released a new trailer for Killzone developer Guerrilla Games' new action game Horizon: Zero Dawn. The game comes out in February 2017, so it's coming up soon.

What is it with the negativity on a bunch of games coming out? Should be happy the gaming industry is healthy. We're lucky to have all these games coming out.big variety. If you can't play them then don't comment. Or just buy the system and enjoy. And that's not only for the Xbox fanboys... Any fanboy... Just shut up and get a life.... Buy more platforms to game on

That's a much more Interesting list than last year for me, despite uncharted 4 coming out last year.

No GoW is disappointing, but other 3rd party games not here are really interesting too.

@Gbullet: Another one on my radar. Hopefully it's not a full price game of over 90 dollars in Ontario. I'm hoping for $56.50 would be nice and 3 separate platinums even nicer.

@pcps4xb: I hear ya. This will be the year for PS4 owners. PS4 PRO is going to be more fully realized and hopefully the PS VR games will come out at least a couple decent ones each month and hopefully some big VR titles announced at this years E3.

@MAXTHUNDER99: the passed 3 years I've mostly played on ps4 and PC. And then play some on Xbox one and Wii u. This yr I spent alot of time playing exclusives on ps4 and most of multiplats on PC. Recently I sold my ps4 for the pro and definitely worth the upgrade. I also sold my Xbox and bought 3 of they're exclusives on Windows 10 PC. Maybe I'll buy the Scorpio if there is any Scorpio only titles otherwise I'll just play them on PC. I guess I can say I have the better Xbox lol.but this yr is definitely looking phenomenal on ps4. I played demos of nier, and gravity Rush and I was surprised how much I enjoyed them. I'm sure I will have similar feelings for all the other games.

Wow persona 5 is shown console exclusive. Does this means its coming to pc? Or just mistake on watermarking like Nioh? Or it does that because its coming to both ps3 and ps4? Well I'm just glad its coming soon!

The year is too big to worry about. Too many games. First quarter alone is packed. We got yakuza, gravity rush 2, nioh, horizon, nier, the show. And that's only the ones I can think of

@siarhei: Yakuza games are great plus 0 already came out in japan, it reviewed very well. Same with Kiwami which comes out in the summer.

Nex Machina will be great since housemarque (alienation, dead nation, and resogun dev)

Nier Automata, Nioh, and Gravity Rush 2 all had great demos/betas already. NIer Automata is platinumgames at their best, Nioh is a great soulslike game, and gravity rush 2 is pretty unique.

Persona 5 already came out in japan and it reviewed great as well.

WipEout is a great fast paced racing game.

Yay, maybe GT will actually come out this year. A bunch of great games coming this year. Damn, too many games, plus the Switch, and Scorpio (or whatever they end up calling it). Something is going to have to wait. Even if I get all of it, there's no way I'd be able to play it all. First world problems.

Not sure what standalone dlc means for uncharted the lost legacy. If I already erased UC4 from my hardrive, should I be able to download The Lost Legacy without having to redownload the entire UC4 file?

The games I want from that video are Horizon Zero Dawn (even though I would much prefer a male protagonist), Nier Automata, Ni-Oh, and Persona 5. Only one of those games is gamer friendly business on Sonys behalf... And only three in that entire video.

@obsidian_born: The yakuza series are pretty much rpgs set in modern japan, 0 however is a prequel so it's in 80's japan. You should really get it, it's pretty much shenmue minus all the bad stuff and adding a lot of good stuff. Great characters, great cutscenes, great fighting, leveling up for new moves, great epic stories, tons of side content, etc etc. Get yakuza 0, also get yakuza kiwami in the summer and 6 early 2018. (all are out in japan but we didn't get them right away but they reviewed well)

Nex Machina and Matterfall is housemarque, ie the dev behind Resogun, Alienation, and Dead Nation.

Look forward to ni no kuni 2 as well.
