PS4-Exclusive Nioh Preorder Bonuses Revealed
Nioh has some cool-looking armor for those who preorder.
Nioh releases next year on February 7, and today we learned what players can expect if they put down money for the action game in advance, thanks to publisher Sony revealing its preorder bonuses on the PlayStation Blog.
All preordered copies of the game come with black, samurai armor (pictured below) and a PS4 dynamic theme, but if you preorder from the PlayStation Store, you'll also get the Crimson Master Armor. As the name suggests, it's a red suit outfitted with antlers protruding from the helmet, based on real samurai Yukimura Sanada. You can see both below.

In addition, anyone who purchases the game from the PlayStation Store within two weeks after launch will get the Crimson Master Armor. Nioh's Standard edition costs $60 and only comes with the game, while its $80 Digital Deluxe version also includes five new weapons, a PS4 avatar, and the season pass.
The PS4 Pro released last week, and we recently learned how the more powerful console will affect Nioh. A handful of modes will let players choose between higher resolution or frame rate. You can see GameSpot's roundup of every game that sees improvements from the PS4 Pro here.
