@rosinmonkekyx17: Get The Last of Us bundle if you have never played the game.....One of the best stories ever no doubt. Star Wars Battlefront has pretty graphics, but that's it. It gets extremely stale unless you're a diehard Star Wars fan that would kill for the franchise lol.

2.) The Last of Us Remastered

3.) Bloodborne

4.) Journey: Definitive Edition

5.) Resogun

6.) Final Fantasy XIV

7.) Transistor

I have also heard Infamous: Second Son, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, and Until Dawn are fun.

Multiplatform games are great too.

I game on the Xbox One, so I may have missed some things, but those are the games I hear about often enough.

@Mogan: Get Bloodborne. That game is freaking amazing.

@Mogan: I would start with Uncharted and The Last of Us, maybe try out Infamous and Killzone if you enjoy those style games, and if you can keep an open mind I enjoyed The Order: 1886. Good chance you can find all of those games for $30 or less, and that should keep you busy until Uncharted 4.

If you enjoy JRPGs at all, theres Disgaea, Persona, and Dragon Quest Heroes, not my kind of game though.

I would wait until Black Friday, I wouldn't be surprised to see a PS4 bundle with Uncharted Collection and TLoU come out, and sometimes Best Buy sells those plus an extra game or two for the cost of the console(got a Wii U this way last year).

It's a good system and has potential to be amazing, just taking a while for the great games to start rolling in.

@Mogan: I bought one a few months back and played the exclusives I wanted to play and then recently sold it. I play more on the X 1 so I don't need 2 systems. Maybe I will buy another ps4 next year when some good exclusives are out.

@stuff238: I know, right? Canadian dollar sucks. You hear 50 dollar price cut and then you see the price of a bundle only goes down by 20 bucks. 79.99 for some new games, 74.99 for others. So with 13 percent sales tax you're looking at between 85- 90 bucks for a game. And people squawk about paying 60 bucks. Sigh. And don't get me started on EB games with their mighty 5 dollar discount on used titles. Basically a used game costs more now or the same as a new one did a year ago.Ridiculous.

@stuff238: Not only console prices are way higher than in US but games prices increased from $60 last year to whooping $80 this year for new releases. That's $20 bucks which holds me back from buying new releases and waiting 6-8 months until they go on sale. Game publishers should take note of that as many potentials buyers are holding off purchases...

@stuff238: that is not something sony or any corp, can control , government tariffs and taxes are levied without a care regarding game consoles. But Canada has 6% or lower unemployment and great social programs- decent trade off .

@stuff238: i hear ya... but if you were to go to the u.s. and throw down $350usd for a ps4, that would actually cost you $453can after conversion. you do in fact save a few bucks by purchasing the console here in canada. that being said, sony could give us a little break and make the damn thing $400 even to at least bring it back to the launch price before our dollar plummeted into the depths of hell :D as it stands now, nearly 2 years later, it was STILL cheaper to have purchased a ps4 at launch for $400can lol
