PS4 Pro Now Available to Preorder

@metalkid9: I see so what are the main differences here? From what I've read in a few articles about the ps pro it really doesn't sell itself well for those of us with current ps4 systems, I mean why should we bother to upgrade? I guess if you already have a 4k screen? Like you said though, it's up scaling and not native. I saw the Witcher 3 running on a friends top end pc with all the sliders set to max on a big 4k screen and my jaw dropped so low it bounced off the floor, absolutely incredible image that made my eye sight look pixelated!? Back home however I've not made the leap to 4k yet (and with current prices won't be anytime soon). In a nutshell, there's no way near enough for me to warrant a new console purchase and playing on a 50" 1080p screen is perfect for the time being.

@R4gn4r0k: I've been meaning to pickup a PS4 for quite some time, I kept placing it on the back burner. Once the Neo was leaked, I decided to wait and see. With quicker load times, more memory (I understand this can be upgraded in original PS4s) and slightly enhanced visuals.

I have no issue paying $100 more for added features, especially with boosted load times. I heard the Witcher 3 on PS4 has minute long loading screens. Others may see more value in the OG PS4 and PS4 slim, but I'd like to see the performance differences for games such as Final Fantasy XV.

@angrycreep: Weird; the primary reasons to have a console is because they're being more friendly and inviting for local multiplayer and games focused on that like dancing games and sport games like Madden; lack of space or not being able to afford PC hardware sufficient enough for optimal performance worth getting a PC for over a console (high on 60FPS), and family-oriented reasons like not having PC(s) hogged up by significant others (kids/significant other) for gaming when you want to game or be productive on the PC.

Other than that, PC gaming is the way to go.

@hystavito: I felt the same way. I really thought it would be over 499$. I just pre-ordered of Amazon last night. Pretty excited for the Pro. I feel like my console love for the PS4 is renewed!
