Information about the file size for the recently announced PC version is not available, but we would expect it to be somewhere close to the Xbox One edition. You can see the PC version's revised recommended specs here.
At 44.09 GB, Quantum Break is not the largest Xbox One game published by Microsoft, as Halo 5: Guardians is more than 55 GB--and that doesn't include the game's numerous and significant updates. Quantum Break includes both traditional gameplay and a live-action TV show, though it is unclear how file size space is divided between gameplay and TV content.
Quantum Break arrives for Xbox One and PC on April 5. The PC version supports cross-saves with the Xbox One version, which you can preorder digitally to receive a free PC copy.
