Rainbow Six 3 bundles custom headset

Ubisoft said today it will be packing a Thrustmaster Neckband Boom Mic headset with the limited-edition release of its upcoming Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 for the Xbox.

The bundled package can be found at participating Best Buy, Electronics Boutique, and GameStop locations as well as at the Ubisoft online store. Rainbow Six 3 is expected to ship October 28 and has an MSRP of $69.95.

The Xbox Live-compatible headset features a neckband design, inline mute and volume controls, and a noise-canceling microphone. The headset is being packaged to promote Rainbow Six 3's voice-activated command features that offer enhanced play when connected to the Xbox Live network. The headset is also compatible with any other Xbox Live game with similar VA features.
