Real PS2 Pool
Infogrames brings EX Billiard to the US PlayStation 2.
Infogrames has announced that it will release EX Billiard for the North American PlayStation 2 under the name Real Pool. Developed by Takara, the company known for its Toshinden games, Real Pool features eight computer opponents and 12 different pool games including eight ball, nine ball, rotation, and more. The game gives the player a 360-degree camera view of the table and features realistic ball physics. Additional modes of play include the puzzle mode, where the tables are uniquely designed in triangle and star shapes, and a tournament mode, where players have to take on eight computer opponents in succession. The game also supports up to two human players at once.
Real Pool will be released for the Sony PlayStation 2 sometime during the holiday season 2000.
