Ubi Soft has announced that, as a result of its recent acquisition, Red Storm Entertainment will publish the upcoming Ubi Soft games Dragon Riders: Chronicles of Pern and Conflict Zone. Both games will be released for the Dreamcast in the second quarter of 2001.

Conflict Zone - formerly known as Peacemakers - is a military-themed real-time strategy game. In the game, players can choose to play as softhearted ICPs or the power-hungry dictators. However, unlike other real-time strategy games, Conflict Zone introduces the concept of media coverage and public opinion. For example, if players take unprovoked action against civilian areas, the military will lose funding and players will lose their job and ultimately the game. The game has both single-player and multiplayer modes. Red Storm is currently considering an online multiplayer mode, like in the PC version, for the Dreamcast version of Conflict Zone. However, specific details have not been determined at this time.

Dragon Riders is a third-person action-adventure game. Players assume the role of the game's lead character, D'kor, and explore over 120 different locations, gain important skills, and interact with over 170 allied and enemy NPCs through conversation and combat.
