RPG Maker Comes to the US
GameSpot News learns that RPG Maker for the PlayStation will be making its way to US shores next year.
GameSpot News has learned that RPG Maker for the PlayStation is finally headed to the US, courtesy of Agetec. According to sources close to Agetec, the company has wanted to bring the title to the US market for some time, but it has only now been given a green light. The game is being targeted for a US release this spring.
As its title suggests, RPG Maker lets players create their own role-playing games it allows them to design their own characters, worlds, and quests. The Japanese version of RPG Maker, released in November of 1997, has sold more than 300,000 copies to date.
