The Witcher Board Game Deluxe Edition Is 30% Off For Prime Day

Thanks to Amazon's Prime Day event, you can pick up the deluxe edition of The Witcher: Old World board game for just $145. That saves you a nice chunk compared to the full $200 this version normally sells for. Along with the deluxe edition base game, multiple The Witcher: Old World expansions are also on sale if you want to add even more quests to the already sprawling adventure board game.

The Witcher: Old World is designed for up to five players, with each session lasting 90-150 minutes. It combines deckbuilding, miniatures, and roleplaying elements into a deep system befitting the epic fantasy world it's based on. Like The Witcher video games, you'll explore the monster-filled wilderness make meaningful story choices, and develop your unique Witcher character with a wide range of skills and items for the journey that lies ahead.

The base game is a meaty adventure that you could replay over and over on its own, but you can also grab three discounted expansion sets. Legendary Hunt adds seven large boss miniatures to take down, along with new player abilities and alternate gameplay modes. The Skellige Hunt expansion adds three new locations, boat travel, and cute boat miniatures for your naval adventures. Finally, the Mages expansion adds five new playable magic-wielding characters with unique gameplay mechanics.

It's also worth noting that the official The Witcher: Old World dice pack is also on sale, and while it doesn't add any additional content, the Witcher-themed dice can help add even more authenticity to your Old World sessions.
