SC&T Announces Nuon Plans

SC&T International announced on Wednesday that it is creating a new software division focused on the publishing of games for the Nuon technology to be implemented in DVD players next year.

James Copland, chairman & chief executive officer for SC&T stated, "We view Nuon and interactive DVD to be significant new growth markets over the next five years. It is a significant opportunity for SC&T to diversify and to assume a position of leadership with cutting edge home entertainment technology.” "The publishing division will look to license, publish, co-develop and distribute products on a global basis." He added, "The company is currently speaking with several industry veterans from the publishing industry to head this new enterprise."

SC&T International currently develops peripherals such as controllers and steering wheels for the PC and other video game consoles.
