In relation to our ever-changing website, please reference the latest Fixes and Enhancement thread for the week of 4/3/06, which includes any changes that have happened at the GameSpot site.
In addition, we have made changes to our billing system for subscriptions. If any of you are having problems with your subscription, do NOT post this problem in the forums as it will delay the process. Please contact Customer Service immediately.

UPDATE (VinceL) For the issue where Total Access subscribers were displaying Plus emblems in their profile, this is now fixed. If you do not believe you have the correct subscription emblem, please send a private message to VinceL.
