See Call of Duty 4 Remastered's Improved Visuals in New Gameplay Trailer
New video shows off the "Crew Expendable" mission.
Activision has released a new gameplay video for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare's remastered version. The video shows off some of the game's memorable second chapter, Crew Expendable, during which players storm a freighter to retrieve a package.
As you'll see in the video, the 2007 game is looking quite a lot better with its fresh coat of paint. Some particularly impressive elements are the weather and water effects.

Modern Warfare Remastered, which is what Activision is calling the game, is included with premium versions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare; those start at $80. The game will not be sold on its own, so you'll need to pay extra if you want the remaster.
The game also comes with Modern Warfare's multiplayer mode, though only 10 maps are included--the original had 17 in the base game, while four more came as DLC. Remastered includes the maps Crash, Backlot, Crossfire, Bog, and Overgrown. The final five have not yet been announced.
Activision subsidiary Raven Software is developing Remastered, while Infinity Ward--which made the original--is working on Infinite Warfare. That game launches on November 4 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
