See Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Expansion's Biggest Map, Rise, in Action

With just days to go before the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops III's first expansion Awakening, Activision has published a new video preview for Rise, one of the multiplayer maps featured in it. Rise is the biggest of the four multiplayer maps included with Awakening, Activision said in the video's description. It takes place during winter outside of Zurich at a construction site. "The map design caters to players who use cover to their advantage while satisfying masters of the Call of Duty: Black Ops III​​ core movement system," Activision said.

Awakening's other multiplayer maps include Skyjacked (a remake of the Hijacked map from Black Ops II), Splash, and Gauntlet. The new Zombies map is called Der Eisendrache, and it picks up right where The Giant left off.

In addition to overview videos like this, Activision is promoting Awakening with this very unique video, which stars Fargo's Peter Stormare as a character who takes over your life when you're busy playing.

Awakening launches for PlayStation platforms on February 2, before coming to Xbox and PC later. You can watch overview videos for some of the other maps via the links below.
