See Call of Duty: Black Ops 3's Reimagined World at War DLC Map
Bonzai becomes Verge.
Following its announcement last week, Treyarch today released a new overview video for Call of Duty: Black Ops III's upcoming Eclipse expansion pack. This new video focuses specifically on the multiplayer map Verge, which is a reimagining of the Call of Duty: World at War arena, Banzai. Check it out above.
The map features tunnel systems and waterfalls, while controlling the bridge in the middle of the arena will be key to finding success, Treyarch said. Overall, the map is described as medium-sized.
Verge is one of four multiplayer maps included with Eclipse, the others being Knockout, Rift, and Spire. You can see official descriptions for these in GameSpot's previous coverage.
Eclipse also adds a new Zombies map called Zetsubou No Shima, the first trailer for which was recently released. The expansion comes out on April 19 for PlayStation 4, with a release on Xbox One and PC to follow. It's released on PS4 first as part of the timed-exclusivity deal between Sony and Activision.
You can get Eclipse by itself for $15, while it's also included with the $50 Black Ops 3 DLC pass. Eclipse is Black Ops III's second expansion, following February's Awakening. Two further packs will follow.
