Preorder Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare prior to its release later this year and you'll find yourself the owner of the Advanced Arsenal pack for use in the game.
As demonstrated in the video above, this pack consists of two items: the Bullet-Brass exoskeleton and the Bullet-Brass EM1 Quantum. The latter is a direct-energy weapon that doesn't use ammo; the tradeoff is you have to be careful about firing too much and having it overheat on you.
As the names might suggest, these are essentially skins of the exoskeleton and EM1 Quantum; as far as we've heard, they won't function any differently than their non-bullet-brass counterparts. Still, an added bit of customization if you already know you're going to be picking the game up isn't a terrible thing. It's not the only chance you'll have to set yourself apart from other players, either, as we've already heard about a personalization pack available to preorderers at select retailers, including GameStop and Game.
Advanced Warfare was shown off this morning during Microsoft's E3 press conference this morning. It was reaffirmed that the game's downloadable content will come first to Xbox platforms, as has been the case with Call of Duty games for several years now.
Despite the close association with Xbox, the game will come to a variety of platforms--including Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC--when it's released on November 4.
