Sega announces Puyo Pop Fever for DS
Popular perennial puzzler propagates to portable, again.
In a move that surprised absolutely nobody, Sega has announced that it will release its popular puzzle game Puyo Pop Fever for the Nintendo DS this year in Japan. What sets this version of the puzzler (which, for the umpteenth time, challenges you to match up similarly colored, adorable blobs of goo) apart from the rest is the touch-panel control system that allows you to move and rotate the Puyo with the stylus (or, as the game's official Web site suggests, your finger). A PSP version of Puyo Pop Fever was shown at this year's E3.
