Seinfeld's Jason Alexander Guest-Starring on The Simpsons for a Trump Episode

Seinfeld star Jason Alexander will guest-star on an upcoming episode of The Simpsons, the plot of which will poke fun at Donald Trump and his controversial Trump University.

In the Season 28 episode, "The Caper Chase," Mr. Burns creates the for-profit Burns University, meant to mimic and swipe at Trump's real-world university. Alexander will play Yale University graduate Bourbon Verlander, described by Entertainment Weekly as a "jolly but nefarious" individual who created for-profit colleges.

"He has a very evil scheme that is a little reminiscent of the film Ex Machina," executive producer Al Jean told the site. "He has an army of androids built to capture all the student loans that the government is giving out."

The episode is scheduled to air in early 2017. Other famous people lending their voices to the episode include Neil deGrasse Tyson, Ken Jennings, Suze Orman, and Robert McKee, all of whom will play Burns University workers.

We can only imagine what kind of jokes The Simpsons' writers came up with for the episode. It's not the first time the long-running Fox show has jabbed at Trump. In July, Fox put out a Simpsons short that poked fun at both Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Season 28 of The Simpsons premieres on September 25. The season will also host the show's first-ever hour-long episode, featuring Empire's Taraji Henson and comedian Keegan-Michael Key.

As for Alexander, a recent report claimed the actor will star in a new comedy show where he will play a video game developer who is "accused of being sexist, violent, and misogynist" after his latest game comes out. The show is apparently intended to come to Netflix, but no official announcement has been made.
