Shadow Complex Remastered was announced during The Game Awards in December 2015. The PC version was released back then and was free up until December 31. A PlayStation 4 version of Shadow Complex Remastered is also on the way, but has not yet been released.
The new version contains all of the content from the 2009 original, but upgraded with better graphics and "all-new dynamic melee take-downs." There are also new Achievements and Master Challenges to unlock.
Overall, the game offers around 10 hours of gameplay, according to its official description.
"Bringing Shadow Complex to a larger audience of gamers across multiple platforms has always been one of our goals at Chair," co-founder and creative director Donald Mustard said in a statement back in December. "We're super excited to introduce a remastered version to fans, old and new, and for the opportunity it creates for us to do more in the Shadow Complex universe."
In addition to Shadow Complex Remastered, Chair is working with Star Wars: The Force Awakens director JJ Abrams on a brand new video game called Spyjinx.
