Sony Gamer's Day 2000: Name Change for GT2000
The next installment in the Gran Turismo series gets a new number.
Sony announced today that its highly anticipated racing game, GT2000, has undergone a name change. GT2000's new title is Gran Turismo 3. Considering the game isn't scheduled for release until early next year, the name change makes sense. Gran Turismo 3 for the PlayStation 2 is set for release in the first quarter of 2001.
