Very few role-playing games focus on the protagonist's struggle to conceive offspring in order to continue with the game's narrative. At least until now.

According to a recent Famitsu report, video game developer Spike recently announced an RPG called Conception: Ore no Kodomo o Unde kure! (translated to "Please Have My Baby!").

Players will need to conceive offspring to save the world from impending doom.
Players will need to conceive offspring to save the world from impending doom.

In this upcoming PSP game, players will assume the role of an unmotivated student called Itsuki, who is given the task of conceiving a child with up to 12 star maidens so that his offspring can save the miasma-enshrouded world of Granvania. The children that Itsuki procreates--via him and a female partner pouring their spirit into a "baby-making" device--are called star children, whose job class is determined by his choice of partners.

The star children's classes include mage, warrior, and monk, among others that are yet to be announced. Players will also need to make an effort to strengthen Itsuki's relationship with one or more of the 12 maidens to boost the stats of the aforementioned children through dialogue choices. While the battle system has yet to be fully revealed, gamers will have up to 13 party members to control.

The game's release date in Japan has not yet been announced.
