The rift has been cleared on the European side, everything is getting set up for next week's super week. We take a look back at some of the nicest plays, funniest moments and game changing events for the matches of week seven.
Day 1:
Alliance vs. Fnatic:
Best play: around 10:40 a flash forward by Froggen dodging xPeke's Orianna ultimate, ensuring him the kill.
MVP: Froggen died 5 times but you can forgive him that on Karthus. His damage output was immense and ensured a lot of kills for the team.
Misplay: Rekkles, on Lucian, did not use Barrier in the earlier phase of the game when Karthus used his level 2 ultimate. If Karthus hadn't picked up that kill there, his power spike could have been a bit less.
Alliance won the game after 35:33 minutes. Overall match value: 4 on 5

SK Gaming vs. Supa Hot Crew:
Best play: Man-Bear drop at 9 minutes on Lucian, deleted him from the game.
MVP: Fredy122 went 4-0-4 only one who didn't die, his split-pushing and overall power was impressive.
Misplay: Thresh went aggressive onto Vayne, without follow-up from his lane partner. SK turned it around securing first blood for Vayne, who would have died if Lucian had followed up.
SK Gaming won the game after 36:50 minutes. Overall match value: 3,5 on 5
Millenium vs. Gambit Gaming:
MVP: Alex_ich on Lulu, 8-1-6, great plays and strong match.
Misplay: Millenium went for dragon at a bad time, left Creaton behind at dragon. Creaton got picked up easily due to dragon damage.
Fun fact: Darien bought a Manamune on Aatrox a couple of minutes before the game ended.
Gambit Gaming won the game after 35:21 minutes. Overall match value: 3 on 5
Team ROCCAT vs. Copenhagen Wolves:
Best play: Nocturne's double kill including first blood around 10 minutes, ensuring a tower as well.
MVP: Amazing for his superb counteractions to Pantheon, reading him throughout the game and changing fights wherever he landed.
Notable moment: Copenhagen Wolves' Nocturne tricked Pantheon in the river brush to make him flash over the wall into the hands of the rest of the CWs, resulting into his demise.
Copenhagen Wolves won the game after 45:28 minutes . Overall match value: 3 on 5
Day 2:
Fnatic vs. Gambit Gaming:
Best play: Fnatic didn't die throughout the game, the best overall play.
MVP: Soaz on Lulu going 5-0-9 who was in a lane vs. Mundo. Great work by him in being so effective for his team.
Fnatic won the game after 35:30 minutes . Overall match value: 4 on 5
Copenhagen Wolves vs. Millenium:
MVP: Amazing. Again great plays by him, securing kills and objectives for his team.
Misplay: Vladimir pushing hard in the early game, couldn't get away from a gank by Elise on the Trundle lane. He used pool, ghost and flash but could not get away.
Copenhagen wolves won the game after 44:03 minutes . Overall match value: 3,5 on 5

Alliance vs SK Gaming:
Best play: Svenskeren putting his ultimate on 5 people over and over, making him a tanky threat that has to be dealt with.
MVP: Candypanda going 9-0-5 carrying the game with the help of nRated. Notable mention to Svenskeren for some great teamfights and ganks.
Misplay: Nyph getting caught on Lulu while placing a ward in the river at the dragon pit.
SK Gaming won the game after 42:15 minutes . Overall match value: 4 on 5
Supa Hot Crew vs Team ROCCAT:
Best play: Thresh throws the lantern towards a very low Pantheon, who picks it up to be dragged into the face of Lucian. Thanks to the shield of the lantern Pantheon, he's able to survive the play and can even pick up the kill on Lucian. Overall, he added to a 3 for 0 in kills.
MVP: Moopz, who didn't die a single time, was the strongest member on the team on Gragas.
Misplay: Both teams did some misplays in terms of disregarding the enemy's position, which resulted in deaths on both sides.
Supa Hot Crew won the game after 36:50 minutes. Overall match value: 4 on 5
My favourite moment would be that Amazing forces Jankos to flash over the wall, where the rest of the Copenhagen Wolves were waiting for him to pick him up. Let's not forget the casters who brighten up the games with their words. Here's an example of this week's excerpts: "Oh god no" by Martin "Deficio" Lynge after 44 minutes in the game when the baron dance started again. Props to Joe Miller as well for saying the following: "Cyanide from the side with cyclone" as Cyanide comes in on Wukong for the gank, not an easy thing to say fast. For the MVP of this week I will go with: Amazing. His timing and overall play is superb, a delight to watch. Let us know in the comments below what moment you loved most on or of the rift and who you would pick as your week seven MVP.
Super week will be coming up shortly, make sure to check out our preview as we head into week eight of the EU LCS.
