Spring TGS 2001: Namco developing two Xbox titles

Contrary to reports earlier on Bloomberg Japan, Namco is indeed working on two Xbox titles targeted for the North American and European market. According to Namco's consumer division manager Yoichi Haraguchi, "We are excited about the Xbox particularly for North America and Europe. We will be announcing details on these titles this coming May at E3. We hope to make it a launch title."

Regarding a possible Japanese release, Haraguchi commented that Namco would consider it with some changes to match the audience. Namco hopes to have a game ready for the Xbox launch in Japan.
