Spring TGS 2001: Silent Hill 2 PS2

The Konami booth at the Tokyo Game Show had a short playable demo of Silent Hill 2 on display. You begin the game inside a hospital with a gun and a crowbar as weapons. The halls are dark, so you have to leave on your light, which is mounted on your chest just like the first Silent Hill, to roam about freely. The controls are roughly the same as the original game. The demo is fairly limited, keeping you confined to the hospital area.

Silent Hill 2 for the PlayStation 2 is scheduled to release this fall.
