Squad Assault: West Front goes gold

Matrix Games and Tri Synergy have today announced that Eric Young's Squad Assault: West Front has gone gold and is now being prepared for retail. The turn-based strategy game, which was developed by Freedom Games, allows players to assume command of both Allied and German armies of the western front in World War II.

Squad Assault: West Front features three single-player campaigns with both historical and hypothetical scenarios, multiplayer support, and a scenario editor.
