TOKYO--Square Enix will rerelease its top PlayStation 2 games at a new low price in Japan via a new budget reprint series called the "Ultimate Hits." The first batch of games will hit stores on September 8 and will include Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2, Kingdom Hearts, and Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix. Each game will be available for 2,980 yen ($27), which is less than half the original price. Square Enix will also release a Final Fantasy X and X-2 bundle for 5,880 yen ($53), which is a price that's a little less than if either was purchased separately.
