Square Enix ships Drakengard

Square Enix has today announced the North American release of Drakengard for the PlayStation 2. Set in a gothic fantasy world, Drakengard is an action role-playing game in which players assume the role of a soldier named Caim, who embarks on an epic adventure in order to rescue his sister from the evil Empire. The game is combat-based for the most part, with players able to fight on foot or astride a powerful dragon.
