StarCraft: Ghost has never been officially cancelled

They'll have to completely start over. I don't plan on ever seeing SC: Ghost, ever.

I've been waitin for this for MOST of my life. So you'll understand if I ain't exactly holding my breath for ya, Blizzard. Don't get me wrong, I still love ya, but yes, you are officially the slowest-ass company in the world.

this is game is the reason I bought a PS2 and moved into the console culture. Maybe if Diablo III does well enough on console Blizzard will return to this game.

Just hope it doesn't turn into another duke nukem forever. *crosses fingers*

This isn't news, it's the same line we've been getting. Every year there's that one guy at the Starcraft panel at Blizzcon asking about Ghost, and every year it's the same coy answer: "it's not cancelled", "maybe...someday...if you're good". Just because the quote is now in PlayStation Magazine or in GameSpot's news feed doesn't mean anything has changed. At best it's years away. So everyone needs to chill out until they actually announce something...THEN we can start with the "Blizzard games are in the crapper", "Duke Nukem Forever: Ghost", ect.

Well, at least they got a cool character out of it. Nova's a nice addition to Starcraft lore.

Duke Nukem Forever Syndrome all over again. I hate it with passion when developers don't give a clear answer after all this time. Either it is scheduled for released or it isn't, there is no "maybe" Dear Mr. Burger, GFY!

blizz is to first person shooters what EA is to quality football games.

Damnit Blizzard, with games like Starcraft, Warcraft III, Diablo 2, and vanilla WoW, you had me willing to buy anything you ever put out. And then you had to come along and release the terror that was Diablo 3...

I'd still be very interested in this honestly, I love my stealth action games, but needless to say I'm much more dubious about products Blizz puts out these days.

I don't care. Blizzard turned into a 'broader appeal' company a few years ago, their games are meant to appease the most common denominator now.

Starcraft Ghost - Thanks to the new always online feature of the new Xbox, when you're cloaked, if you lose internet connection your cloaking turns off and a big target appears on you.

I have the Noval it was originally supposed to star Kerrigan but decided to create a new character on account that "Kerrigans story had already been told" and created Nova and now Noras story has been told in a novel and continued in Starcraft 2. Just let this die already. No one in their right mind wants to buy a game thats been in development for more then four years.

Ahh, the annual “StarCraft Ghost is not cancelled” announcement. I knew something was missing this year. It’s officially spring now, people! Start cleaning those attics and clearing out those garages, because like Punxsutawney Phil seeing its own shadow every Groundhog’s Day, Blizzard has reminded us again that we’ll be getting StarCraft Ghost someday, sometime, in some form!

Blizzard will release SC: Ghost as a lead-in to when they release SC3 in July, 2137. Just sayin... this game will no longer by "sci-fi" but instead be a "modern shooter" by the time anyone plays it.

There is no such things as maybe Blizzard, DO IT!
