Starship Troopers Goes Gold

Hasbro Interactive has announced that Starship Troopers: Terran Ascendancy from the Australian studio Blue Tongue has gone gold and will soon ship to retail stores. The real-time strategy game incorporates elements from both the 1950s Robert Heinlein novel and the 1997 Paul Verhoeven film. It focuses exclusively on combat rather than using the traditional real-time strategy mix of combat, research, building, and resource management. Players control a small squad of infantry in a series of 20 missions against the enemy aliens.
