Dhalsim also said to be a part of the roster.

Original Story: Street Fighter V will be released on February 16 in North America and Europe, if a report from Eurogamer Portugal is correct.

The date is revealed in a now-pulled story on the site (via Game Informer), which claims it was made public at Paris Games Week. The story presumably went up ahead of schedule, as Capcom has yet to make any such announcement.
The report goes on to state that series mainstay Dhalsim will be included in the game's roster of fighters. We still don't know the full roster, but according to Eurogamer, it will be expanded with six additional DLC fighters in 2016.
Previous rumors pegged Street Fighter V for a spring 2016 release. In May, Capcom said the game would be out before the end of its fiscal year, meaning it would be released by March 31, 2016. It was unclear if the struggles that the first two public betas have experienced would have an impact on that plan.
We'll report back with any official news regarding Street Fighter V's release date, as well as the rest of the news from Paris Games Week.
