Super Mario Run launched for iOS devices on December 15, 2016 and racked up 40 million downloads in its first four days and 50 million in just over a week. The game is free to download, but only a limited selection of levels are playable until you purchase it for $10.
Nintendo has not released information on how many players have spent money on Super Mario Run. According to a third-party report, the game has brought in $30 million, though Nintendo has not confirmed this.
