Super Mario Run: Live-Action Trailer Debuts and Find Out How to Play Early

Nintendo's highly anticipated smartphone game, Super Mario Run, is almost here. The game comes out for iOS devices on December 15. Now, Nintendo has put out a pretty incredible live-action trailer for the game that shows people from around the world running and doing parkour. Check it out:
As part of its promotional efforts, Nintendo's Reggie Fils-Aime appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon last night to talk about Super Mario Run. He revealed that Super Mario Run will be playable at some Apple stores starting today, December 8, ahead of its official release next week.

Super Mario Run is free-to-play game (or, as Nintendo puts it, "free-to-start"), allowing you to download and play a portion for free. The remainder of the game will be available for a flat fee of $10.
In other news, one analyst believes Super Mario Run will "easily" reach 1 billion downloads, making it one of the most popular smartphone games in history.
