Telltale's The Walking Dead Season 3 Episode 3 Coming Soon, Disc Release On The Way
I fought the law.
The third season of The Walking Dead will get its latest installment soon, developer Telltale has announced. Episode 3 - Above the Law arrives in March, though no more details have been revealed.
Telltale also confirmed that the physical release of Season 3--which includes the first episode on the disc along with a download code for the rest of the season--will launch on 28 February in North America and March 3 in Europe. An Australian release date was not announced.
The Walking Dead Season 3 - A New Frontier kicked off with a two-part premiere in December 2016, after a small delay from November.
Both Clementine and a new character, Javier, are playable in this third season. They come from different backgrounds but unite in their struggle to protect their loved ones. Executive producer Kevin Boyle previously said, "Javier will begin to unravel the mystery of who Clementine has become, as her story intersects with his--both of them still driven by the things they value most long after society's collapse."
The game is playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices. A New Frontier is not available on PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360.
The new season allows you to import saves from Season 2, and you can find out how to do that here if you're moving between platforms such as from PS3 to PS4. If you're approaching the new season fresh, then Telltale's story generator will tell you what kind of survivor you are, filling in your character's journey so far.
