One of 2024's most disturbing horror flicks is getting a new 4K Blu-ray release with the Longlegs 4K Steelbook. The new steelbook edition is available to preorder fo $50 at Amazon ahead of its June 24 release. These sorts of steelbooks are typically quite popular, so if you’d like to add the new Longlegs 4K Steelbook Edition to your home theater collection, consider locking in a preorder soon. Amazon won’t charge you until the item ships, and you’ll be eligible for any price drops between now and release.

Longlegs 4K Steelbook Bonus Features

A ton of bonus features are packed into the Longlegs 4K Steelbook. Here’s a look at what you’ll get:

  • Feature commentary with Osgood Perkins
  • On-set interviews
  • Never-before-seen featurettes
  • Osgood Perkins and Theo James in conversation
  • Meeting Longlegs: Maika Monroe’s heartbeat
  • Clues and evidence
  • The Rorschach Test
  • Andres Arochi’s on-set diary
  • Fire Fire Fire, Hiss
  • Teasers and trailers
  • Additional content

That’s an extensive list of bonus features, and it seems to offer content not found on last year’s Longlegs 4K Blu-ray. So if you’re looking for a way to dive deeper into its development, this new steelbook is worth a closer look. If you haven’t yet seen the movie, this Longlegs 4K Steelbook is shaping up to be the best home video version of the film. That said, if you're looking to add the movie to your collection now (or save some money), you can grab the previously released 4K Blu-ray and standard Blu-ray versions of Longlegs at Amazon. You'll be missing out on the steelbook case and a few special features, but these are available now and available for quite a bit less.

Longlegs follows FBI Agent Lee Harker as she is tasked with tracking down a serial killer. However, things take an even darker turn when she begins discovering strange clues that point her toward something of occult origins. What follows is a tense chase to stop the killer before they strike again, and performances from Maiki Monroe and Nicolas Cage make it a chilling story that’ll stick with you long after the credits roll. The film pulled in nearly $130 million during its theatrical run and is sitting with generally favorable reviews on Metacritic, largely thanks to an unsettling performance from Nicolas Cage.
