The Season 2014 World Championship Groups have been drawn
The sixteen participants are set and ready for the battle to begin on September 18.

Over a live broadcast on Twitch, Riot Games drew the sixteen teams into four groups based on the standings in their respective regions. The players from Korea, Southeast Asia, China, Europe, North America and the Wildcard Regions (Turkey, Brazil) will play each of their group opponents twice in a round-robin fashion to determine the two best contenders, which are to continue forward into the playoff stage. Below, you can find a full description of the groups, including rosters and playing location.
Group A
China's number one seed, Edward Gaming, is paired with Samsung Galaxy White, Taiwan's Ahq and Turkey's Dark Passage. The quartet's battle will commence on the 18th September in Taiwan. Rosters are stated in the following order - Top Lane, Jungler, Mid Laner, AD Carry, Support and are the following:
1. Edward Gaming - Koro1, ClearLove, U, NaMei, Fzzf
2. Samsung Galaxy White - Looper, DanDy, Pawn, Imp, Mata
3. Ahq eSports - Prydz, Naz, westdoor, Garnetdevil, GreenTea
4. Dark Passage - fabulous, Crystal M, Naru, HolyPhoenix, TrieLBaenRe
Group B
North America's pride and first seed, Team SoloMid, takes on China's StarHorn Royal Club and the duo are joined by Europe's SK Gaming and Season 2 World Champions - Taipei Assassins. One of the hardest groups to call will begin to unfold on the 20th September in Taiwan.
1. Team SoloMid - Dyrus, Amazing, Bjergsen, WildTurtle, Lustboy
2. StarHorn Royal Club - Cola, inSec, corn, Uzi, Zero
3. SK Gaming - fredy122, Svenskeren, Jesiz, CandyPanda, nRated
4. Taipei Assassins - Achie, Winds, Morning, bebe, Jay
Group C
Hailed as the best team in the world, the Korean number one seed and first contender in Group C is Samsung Galaxy Blue. The team lead by the "Lord of Spring", dade, will be facing China's OMG, European fan favourites Fnatic and North American third seed LMQ. This time the action will take place in Singapore on September 25th.

2. OMG - Gogoing, Loveling, Cool, San, Dada777
3. Fnatic - sOAZ, Cyanide, xPeke, Rekkles, YellowStar
4. LMQ - Ackerman, Noname, XiaoWeiXiao, Vasilii, Mor
Group D
The final group houses Europe's champions Alliance. Joining them are second seed from North America Cloud9, third place finishers in Korea - Najin White Shield and Brazil's Kabum eSports.The action will take place in Singapore two days after group C.

2. Cloud9 - Balls, Meteos, Hai, Sneaky, Lemmonnation
3. Najin White Shield - Save, Watch, Goong, Zefa, Gorilla
