THQ and Fox Partner for the Game Boy

THQ and Fox Interactive have announced a partnership that will allow the two companies to copublish Game Boy Color titles based on several Fox properties. The worldwide agreement includes the following games: The Simpsons, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Aliens, Croc, and Croc 2.

"Each of these entertainment licenses enjoys tremendous consumer awareness based on television and game successes," stated Germaine Gioia, vice president of licensing, THQ. "We are delighted to be working with Fox Interactive to add these high-profile properties to THQ's proven Game Boy Color library."

All of the announced titles are slated for a release in 2000.
