This week's tip is about the terms "classic" and "style" in posts. These words were originally not allowed in HTML. When users try to use these words, it looks like they are trying to censor bypass. The problem is not the words in the message; it's with .html tags in the messaging of "classic" and "style." Here are tips for how I avoid what looks like censor bypassing of these words in the forums, comments, and blogs.

Type out your message and submit the content. Once you receive the prompt that the words are being masked, go to the WYSIWYG editor and click on the .html icon.

</p> Go through and remove any .html codes in your post. Resubmit your message, and there will be no masking of the words. Now, if you still want to have your .html added (such as a hyperlink or ubb code), you'll want to carefully add that .html back into your message.
