remember when new maps were free? Well They are for some games (Team fortress) But activision is all for ripping people off...and the kids are willing to throw their parents money at them...Wish there was more good fps's out there like team fortress that gets updated almost every 2 weeks with content and custom maps... @tapout03 why is it that almost every PC game (even when brand new) is about 40 bucks, or 50 at highest...BUT a typical Activision/ COD game is 60 bucks for PC....Only publisher I know of that charges more for their games.

This is gonna be sick but the idea of having buffy is stupid. Hence *Vampire Slayer*, not zombie slayer. I swear the people who work for COD have almost enough immagination to respect but not really. Ameteurs

@tapout03 you can get Reach pretty cheap now... here in England I saw it yesterday for 11 pounds... on ebay anyway lol In shops its around 15-20 pounds

@mrzero, if that is true, no one would still be playing World at War, or Modern Warfare.. people will stick with any game as long as they are good at it or enjoy it. activision didn't make the game either, treyarch did. they make good games, and that's why we buy them. i would pick call of duty over battlefield any day because they do FPS the best!

@mrzero1982pt2 yes but cod is in higher demand then battlefield is and that is why the price is so high activision has nothing to do with the price if walmart, gamestop, etc sees that the demand is lower then the price will go down on the game trust me ive worked in retail for 6 years... and you learn this in economic class in grade school too.

@tapout03 not really. battlefield bad company came out nearly a year and a half ago, and there is a copy with all of the dlc AND another full game for the price of nearly 2 call of duty map packs. activision just knows people will buy if it has "call of duty" or "zombies" on it. heck, i bring jordan shoes into the equation again. when was the last time you saw a pair of jordans under 100 bucks? there are like a few HUNDRED variations of jordans and none of them have EVER come under 100 bucks. try again. activision milks games, then comes up with something else super expensive to add on to it to make you buy it. some folks have not, and i refuse to buy another call of duty game. plus, why talk about this when we all know another call of duty is coming out?!?!!? i mean, SERIOUSLY? come november, no one will care about this!

This looks cool but besides Freddy (Robert Englund) there could of been a more bad A bunch of people for the characters... For example the other three could be Jason, Leatherface, and Pinhead. Not that I think Pinhead is cool but still. Then the new bowie knife/sickle could be a machete... or mabe... a chainsaw?

for anyone who says this needs to be its own franchise... there are a few zombie games out there that have tis formula for example L4D2 so go buy one of them

@wedran123 an normal map pack for halo costs 10 dollars for 3 maps which is around 3.33$ per map. the black ops map pack has 5 maps and costs 15$ which is 3$ per map. its really hard to see how activision is being "greedy" or at least how its being more greedy then other companies (with regards to map packs)

@Cwagmire21 100% agree, this looks great...too bad they are forcing me to buy 4 pretty "meh" multi-player maps too. Wish Activision could sell zombie maps individually...

Actually kind of intriguing. I had the biggest crush on Gellar back in the day, before she was defeated by the demon known as 'Anorexia.' Nice to see a spin on the COD formula.

Why does this trailer look good? Because it's the first time in 4 years that the CoD formula has changed! *gasp* C'mon Activision, people want stuff a little different (like this) rather than 4 games in a row that are the same game reskinned...

Ha! That's a great trailer and kudos to Treyarch for pulling it off. I ain't buying it but good job on channeling Robert Rodriguez channeling 70's grindhouse. Watching that trailer was better then the movie I watched last night.

Oh my god! This is the same voice over actor and intro that was used for Grindhouse and other stuff that Robert Rodriguez and Tarantino have done. Fantastic, this is how you take zombie mode and make it fresher

@wedran123 Fallout New Vegas is $40 on XBL not 20, i quit CoD but i do think 4 maps + zombie story mode is worth the 15, even tho i dont have it anymore.

Been holding out on buying Black Ops but it looks like that will change soon.

LIKE WE GIVE A DAMN.....call of duty is an overrated piece of dung and Smeagol is less greedy than activision...i mean a DLC with 5 maps cost 15$ but you can buy halo 3 or Fallout new vegas on Xbox live marketplace for 20$

I don't care if Jesus is in it. I am not wasting another $15 dollars on sub-par mulitiplayer maps and ONE zombie map. I'll stick with Crysis 2 and GOW3 Beta
