Vermont Authorities Use Star Wars to Combat Drunk Driving
"Drink and drive? Path to dark side, it is."
The Vermont Transportation Department is taking a new approach to fighting drunk diving in the Green Mountain State. Signs featured alongside highways in Vermont, including the major I-91 interstate, carry a public service announcement from the wise Jedi Yoda about the dangers of drunk diving.

The new signs were put up just in time for Star Wars: The Force Awakens' release in theaters on Friday, December 18. The movie has gone on to break all kinds of records.
Here's to hoping these Star Wars-inspired signs can help reduce the number of drunk diving incidents in Vermont--and across the country.
