Virtua Fighter 4 gets Version B
Sega-AM2 releases a revised version of its fighting game in Japan.
On Tuesday, Sega-AM2 released Virtua Fighter 4 Version B in Japanese arcades nationwide. This revised version has been slightly tweaked in terms of AI balance, based on feedback Sega received during the game's beta test phase. VF4 character data cards used on Version B will not be compatible with the previous versions of the arcade title. A PlayStation 2 port of Virtua Fighter 4 has already been announced, but no new information on the console version has been revealed at this time.
