Watch Fallout 4 Nuka-World DLC Reveal Right Here [UPDATE: IT'S OVER]
The expansion is set in a post-apocalyptic amusement park.
[UPDATE] The livestream has now ended. There wasn't much in the way of news, though we got an extended look at the content itself. You can re-watch the broadcast here.
The original story is below.
Fallout 4's Nuka-World expansion doesn't launch until August 30, but you don't have to wait that long to see the content in action. As announced previously, Bethesda will broadcast new footage today, August 23, during a livestream event. The developer has done the same with some of the game's past expansions.
The video event kicks off at 1 PM PT / 4 PM ET today. You can watch the event live on Bethesda's Twitch channel, which we'll embed here as the show draws nearer.
Nuka-World, which is set in a post-apocalyptic amusement park, is Fallout 4's sixth and final expansion. Some new gameplay was released last week and can be seen in the video above.
The expansion adds new quests, weapons, and enemies, though Bethesda has not fully detailed what players can expect in terms of story and content. We may learn more today during the livestream.
Fallout 4's other expansions included Automatron (March 2016), Wasteland Workshop (April 2016), Far Harbor (May 2016), Contraptions Workshop (June 2016), and Vault-Tec Workshop (July 2016). All of that, as well as Nuka-World, is included with the $50 Fallout 4 DLC Pass.
Alternatively, you can buy Nuka-World on its own for $20. You can see some images of the DLC in the gallery immediately below.

In other news about Nuka-World, a recent report claimed that its file size is bigger than Far Harbor's, while beta codes are going out now. Additionally, PS4 users are still waiting for the promised mods support.
