Watch Idris Elba Explain Rainbow Six Siege's Destruction Gameplay in New Trailers
Thor, Avengers, and Luther actor shows the constant threats players will face in Siege.
Ubisoft has released two new trailers for its upcoming team-based shooter, Rainbow Six Siege, highlighting the game's focus on destruction. The trailers both feature utter badass Idris Elba, who you may know from the TV show Luther, as Heimdall in Marvel's Avengers and Thor movies, or as the voice of Truck in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

The first video, which you can watch above, features a mixture of live-action footage--during which Elba explains how "surprises wait around every corner"--and gameplay. The footage shows Siege's various Operators placing traps, busting down walls, and crashing through windows. Also Elba walks around with a sledgehammer on his shoulder, looking both menacing and unbearably cool at the same time.
The second video, available to view below, is pure live-action. Again, it features Elba nonchalantly hanging around explosive scenarios, much like those players will encounter in the game. He chills on a couch as reinforcements are placed around a room, walks away from an exploding wall like it ain't no thang, dodges bullets in the middle of crossfire, and plays a piano as chaos erupts around him.
Someone just make an Idris Elba game.
